You should understand what happens to your data without a law degree. Here is the short version. The full policy is the controlling document at enrollment.
Your name and email, your profile, the work you submit, your progress, and the income evidence you provide to graduate. We use it to run the program, coach your work, issue your credential, and send the messages the program depends on.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with outside companies for marketing. The one exception: if AI Certified is ever acquired or the program is sold, your data may move with the business, and the new owner has to honor this same policy.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, limited by role so people see only what their job needs, with every staff action on your record logged. Card data lives with our payment processor, and sign in uses a one time link instead of a password.
View and update your profile any time, opt in or out of the public directory, and request deletion of your personal data, except the limited records we must keep for legal, accounting, or credential verification reasons.
