You should understand what happens to your data without a law degree, so here is the short version from The Active Income Network. The full policy shown at enrollment is the controlling document for scholars.
What we collect and why
If you request the AI Time Audit, we keep the email you give us and your chapter answer so we can send it and follow up. If you enroll as a scholar, we also keep your name, profile, submitted work, progress, and the income evidence you provide to graduate. We use all of it to run the program, coach your work, issue your credential, and send the messages the program depends on.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with outside companies for marketing. The one exception: if the company is ever acquired or the program is sold, your data may move with the business, and the new owner has to honor this same policy.
How it is protected
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, limited by role so people see only what their job needs, and every staff action on your record is logged. Card data lives with our payment processor, and scholar sign-in uses a one-time link instead of a password.
Your choices
Scholars can view and update their profile any time and opt in or out of the public directory. Anyone can ask us to delete their personal data, except the limited records we must keep for legal, accounting, or credential verification reasons. To stop emails from us, reply to any of them with the word unsubscribe. For any privacy request, write to amber@theaicertified.com and a founder handles it personally.
